I worked on a variety of marketing projects at Squarespace, writing copy for emails, blog posts, site elements, partnership materials, and paid ad copy.

Partnering with another copywriter, the CRM team, and visual designers, I helped overhaul several of Squarespace’s email series. The refreshed emails increased conversion from trial to Premium, and the content was more in line with the overall brand voice and visual identity. Additionally, I helped launch new promotional emails, which drove a 143% increase in conversion rate.

While I was still staffed on the Comms & PR team, I led a comms-driven partnership between Squarespace and Squarespace customer Minny & Paul. We curated a giftbox of other Minneapolis-based Squarespace customers to send to local journalists. I partnered with the in-house creative team to produce the partnership booklet and accompanying microsite.
